Gym focuses on physical movement, coordination, and teamwork through games and activities appropriate for all ages. Students build strength, confidence, and healthy habits in an active, encouraging environment.
Language Arts integrates reading, grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills. Students learn how language works and how to use it clearly and effectively in both spoken and written form.
Students develop number sense, problem-solving skills, and confidence with math through hands-on activities, discussion, and guided practice. Instruction meets students where they are while encouraging growth, logic, and perseverance.
Students explore rhythm, melody, and musical expression through singing, movement, and listening. Music class builds foundational skills while fostering joy and appreciation for music.
We nurture a love of reading by strengthening phonics, comprehension, and fluency through age-appropriate texts, read-alouds, and small-group instruction. Students are supported as they grow into thoughtful, confident readers.
Recess provides time for free play, movement, and social interaction. Students build friendships, practice cooperation, and enjoy unstructured outdoor or indoor play as an important part of their day.
Through observation, exploration, and hands-on learning, students engage with the natural world and foundational scientific concepts. Curiosity is encouraged as students ask questions, make discoveries, and learn how God’s world works.
Students practice expressing their ideas through writing in a supportive, encouraging environment. Instruction focuses on creativity, structure, and clarity, allowing students to grow at their own pace while developing strong writing habits.
